Welcome to Really Simple Surfing ("RSS", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our website at reallysimplesurfing.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Really Simple Surfing. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide a valid email address at registration. Accounts with invalid emails may be suspended.
• You may only hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated without notice. Family members sharing a household IP address are welcome to each hold their own account.

3. The Credit System

Really Simple Surfing operates a credit-based traffic exchange. Credits are earned by surfing (viewing) other members' websites and are spent to send visitors to your own sites.

• Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Credits earned through surfing are non-transferable between accounts and may not be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged with other members.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit balances in cases of abuse or technical error.
• Unused credits do not expire, but may be forfeited if an account is terminated for violations.

4. Prohibited Sites & Content

You may not submit sites containing or promoting any of the following:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting individuals
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive content
• Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
• Gambling or unlicensed financial services
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• More than one pop-up or pop-under per page visit; nested or chained pop-ups are never permitted
• JavaScript alerts, dialogs, or any script that blocks or interrupts the surf bar
• Hidden iframes, manipulated timers, or any technique designed to game the credit system
• Auto-initiated file downloads

We review all submitted sites before approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any site at our discretion.

5. Prohibited Behavior

• Automated surfing, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human traffic
• Manipulating the credit system through any technical means
• Sharing accounts or credits between users
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization
• Interfering with the operation of the service or other members' experience

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all credits without refund.

6. Memberships & Payments

• Pro memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Pro Site Slots are billed monthly per site and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Credit pack purchases are one-time, non-recurring, and non-refundable.
• Banner ad impression packs are one-time, non-recurring, and non-refundable.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

7. Referral Program

We offer a referral program that rewards you with credits when users you refer surf the network. Referral rewards are credited at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Fraudulent referrals (e.g., self-referrals or fake accounts) will result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Really Simple Surfing and its content, logo, and design are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission. You retain ownership of any content (site URLs, ad copy) you submit, and grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the service.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, impressions, or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Really Simple Surfing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your credits and membership benefits are forfeited without refund.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
